We have moved and sadly, I DO NOT have a working kitchen at the moment.  I hope to be back up and running by Winter of 2019.  Until then, Keep an eye on what's to come. I will be turning my "shop" over to a Blog starting this winter. I will be covering "how to" techniques, my favorite products and recipes.  I would love to hear your ideas and questions for content.

When it's All about Flavor!
This is a special line of cakes and cupcakes created to focus on flavors and baking.  These are not sculpted cakes, these are simply flavorful confections designed to make your mouth happy.  All of these cakes are designed as three layers of cake with a custom frosting between the layers.

Pricing for these designer flavors is a s follows:
     6” round cake          $35
     9” round cake          $40
    12” round cake         $50
Cake & Cupcake Flavors:(arranged alphabetically)
A Curious George Delight:
Banana chocolate chip cake filled with peanut butter buttercream, topped with cream cheese frosting and drizzled in chocolate ganache.
Apple Spice Cake
Apple spice cake complete with chunks of homemade applesauce, layered with cream cheese frosting and drizzled in white chocolate ganache.
Augie’s Cake:
Traditional white cake with strawberries baked, filled with homemade strawberry preserves and topped with Peanut Butter Buttercream and strawberries.  Augie asks for extra strawberry drizzle on top – your choice!
Banana Bread Cake:
Banana bread cake, topped with cream cheese frosting.  Optional to have this sprinkled with pecans.
Black and White:  (a take off from my best selling cookies!)
Rich chocolate cake, layered with a sweet whipped frosting and drizzled in chocolate ganache stacked up twice!
Black and White Strawberry Bliss Cake:
A twist on the traditional, white cake with strawberries baked in, filled with strawberry buttercream, covered then draped in dark chocolate ganache, and drizzled with white chocolate.
Caramel Apple Strudel:
Cinnamon apple cake topped with streusel crumbles and drizzled with caramel
Cinnamon Caramel Apple:
Cinnamon apple cake filled and topped with sweet whipped caramel frosting and drizzled with caramel

Chocolate Fudge Cake:
A cake that is rich and fudgy like my brownies, but is still a cake.  Fill it with light whipped chocolate frosting and then drizzled with chocolate ganache.  A chocoholic’s confection.
Coconut Cream Cake:
Vanilla cake accented with coconut and then topped with coconut buttercream frosting and shredded toasted coconut flakes
Dark Chocolate Strawberry Bliss Cake:
Chocolate cake filled with strawberry buttercream, covered with dark Chocolate ganache, and drizzled with white chocolate.  White chocolate can be infused with strawberry flavor upon request.
Lemon Cake with White Chocolate:
Lemon cake filled with layers of lemon curd.  Each layer is adorned with white chocolate drizzle and accented with lemon buttercream. The cake is then topped with lemon buttercream and white chocolate drizzle.  *** This cake is available in white cake with lemon infusion or yellow cake.
Lemon Curd Cake:
Lemon cake filled with lemon curd and topped with lemon cream cheese frosting.
(if you would rather have lemon infused white cake, or yellow cake, ask, I am happy to make a substitution)
Lemon Raspberry:
Lemon infused white cake blended with raspberries, then filled with lemon curd and topped with raspberry buttercream.  All topped with seasonal fresh raspberries (when available)
Mocha Fudge Cake:
The same rich chocolatey fudge cake, infused with espresso and then filled with a light whipped espresso frosting.  Top it all off with drizzled chocolate ganache. 
Peanut Butter Cup:
Chocolate cake filled with peanut butter buttercream, then topped with chocolate ganache and chocolate sprinkles.
Pecan Pie:
Butter Pecan cake topped with Brown Sugar buttercream and Chocolate Ganache. Garnished with Candied Pecans and Pie Crust.
PB&J Cake:
Vanilla cake filled and topped with homemade strawberry and or strawberry Rhubarb preserves accented with peanut butter buttercream. Garnished with my award winning potato chips dipped in chocolate.
Pumpkin spice cake flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg, topped with cream cheese frosting
Red Velvet:
Red Velvet cake topped with cream cheese frosting and accented with white chocolate drizzle
