These are based on the Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal Raisin Cookie recipe, but with a few family modifications. If you like a soft, yet firm cookie - these are wonderful!
Traditional Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
These are the more crisp version of the oatmeal cookie I grew up with. They have a touch of cinnamon to keep it flavorful and again, great to ship overseas to our troops!
PB&J Bars
Lunch in a bar - that use to mean something entirely different in my 20's. Hmmm! These are great for picnics, entertaining, and of course a huge hit with kids of all ages.
Sugar Cookies
Growing up I loved my aunts lemony, chewy sugar cookies. She never shared the recipe, (yes, I m evidently still holding a grudge about that - ha hah), but I am thrilled to say that my friend Soley shared this one with me and it is every bit as divine as those I grew up! Thank goodness for friends.
